Made with handmade infused arnica oil, magnesium salts, wintergreen, and turmeric essential oils.
1) Work Out (or simply live life)!
2) Shower.
3) Rub #329 Botanical Massage Rub into sore muscles (or better yet, get someone to massage you with it!).
4) Rest.
Recommended treatment:
Keep in gym bag or on bedroom shelf and use as needed.
